The Role
This full time permanent position will see you:
- Review and analyse potential areas of improvement, including over budget invoices. Continuously work to achieve efficiency for processes, procedures and cost savings
- Maintain workflow documents and provide support with issuing purchase orders, sending quote requests and storeroom stock/ordering
- Conduct margin analysis, checking transfer of budgets in line with finance reports
- Monitor and report stolen/damaged items onsite, including insurance claims as required
- Coordinate correspondence and communicate to supplier/trade groups as and when required
- Update and continuously maintain outlook and Databuild contact information
- Revise and track building variations ensuring purchase order processed and budgets updated
The Person
- A minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience within residential construction industry (highly desirable)
- Intermediate knowledge of Framework and Databuild (highly desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets and quality results
