· Our projects range in value between $30,000 to 5 million+, predominantly between $350,000 to $1,500,000
Qualifications & experience
· Highly effective & successful commercial building & fitout estimator Previous estimating, scheduling & Procurement role in WA
· Skilled at interpreting plans, deciphering specifications & experience in bid writing
· Understanding of procurement & project delivery
· Experience above qualifications!
Tasks & responsibilities
· In collaboration with the administration team, you be responsible for accurate bid preparation, preparing and developing construction methodologies, programs and submission documentation
· Client & contractor relationships, collaborative and considered approach. Participate in tender briefings & site inspections
· Identify competitive advantages, points of difference to strengthen submissions
· Facilitate tender submission reviews, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
