The role on offer…
A great opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Event Administrator to join a dynamic team operating in a fast-paced environment. The business is growing and we are seeking the right person to help us manage that growth.
The role is suited to an all-rounder individual who have a passion in golf (not a requirement) and travel (a must!) and loves working with spreadsheets and amangement of event databases and admin and can make our customers feel special and valued.

You will…
- Use your knowledge of domestic and international destinations to define, develop and manage a portfolio of escorted golf tours and cruises.
- Liaise with wholesalers and international golf tour operators to contract all components of golf tours.
- Introduce new destinations & build on our existing tour portfolio to grow the business.
- Be responsible for the direct negotiation, planning, purchasing and contracting of the very best rates that are available, ensuring that business targets are achieved.
- Be responsible for contracts record keeping and liaising with suppliers.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing costings and spreadsheets and other relevant documents;
- Gathering and collating contracts including schedules, tasks, and other data;
- Managing the filing of documentation;
- Managing the contracts payment schedules with accounts
- Managing the relationship with suppliers once contracts have been signed
- Providing updates to the team on the status of contracts;
- Work alongside the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives and drive sales.
- Assist with all aspects of administration in the travel team
- Manage tour guests bookings on various assigned tours from moment they book until when they depart and return home (ensuring data are accurate and correct, collect payments, send reminders, collect required information, maintenance of data and information etc.)
- Assist with the preparation of tour packs prior to a tour starting and post-tour packs after a tour is finished
- Answering the office phone and assist with guests’ requests
We’re looking for…
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Typing efficiency and attention to detail
- Passionate about the Travel industry and Golf (optional)
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – you must know how to sort data, use basic formulas or have confidence to be willing to learn
- A good sense of overall general common sense

Your remuneration...
Salary package starting from $57,000 + super based on experience and performance in the role. Your future advancement and remuneration are linked to performance. We richly reward commitment to our business values.
