Event Function Coordinator
- Function planning and execution from initial sale to the day of
- Ensures that functions are executed seamlessly
- Greet customers during the event phase
- Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participates in customer site inspections
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience
- Coordinates and communicates function details both verbally and in writing to the customer and staff during handovers
- Follows up with customer post-event
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints, while using personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience
- Open to working weekends when necessary

- 3-5 years minimum experience within the event/sales industry
