Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute a wide range of events, from weddings and parties to corporate functions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure a personalised and memorable experience.
• Oversee the planning and execution of promotions to boost club engagement and attendance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create enticing promotional materials and campaigns.
• Manage event logistics, including set-up, catering, entertainment, and breakdown.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Creativity and innovation in developing exciting promotions and events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as per event requirements.
