FUNCTION & EVENT COORDINATOR

Reporting to the Functions & Event Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• The main point of contact for all clients, suppliers for all stages of a function.
• Pro-actively follow up on quotes & enquiries to develop business and securing new business.
• Maintain strong relationships will all existing and new clients.
• Ensure the complete execution of all planned events.
• Manage an event from inception to completion.
• Distribute accurate details of all events to external & internal stakeholders.
• Liaise and maintain open communication with all relevant departments to ensure the exact execution of an event.
• Assist with function & event room setup.
• Meet & greet organisers of function & Events on arrival.
• Coordination of Rugby League events for Saints Stadium.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in event management.
• Sound knowledge of successful event coordination and planning.
• Knowledge of Eventpro & Eventdraw an advantage.
