We are seeking a Functions Coordinator to join our team at Romanos!
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and planning events, conferences and functions from start to finish. This includes venue selection, catering and logistics management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Romano's Hotel is a family owned and run establishment that has been operating since 1857. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a family-owned business in the Hospitality Industry. The Oates Family own and run three successful venues across the Riverina. We have a great team that we are looking to expand.
Duties will include -
• Answering functions enquiries online and via phone.
• Booking and Coordination of the functions.
• Oversee event setup and operation of the function.
• Assisting in the office when required.
• 3-4 days per week, including weekends.
• Approximately 25 hours per week. Possibly full-time for the right applicant!
Requirements -
• Must have RSA and RCG.
• Must be available on weekends and flexible to suit function bookings.
