The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in F&B Management, restaurant, bar, conferencing or on Major Events
- You are passionate about efficient, consistent and exceptional service delivery
- Confidence in delivering team briefs
- Strong function experience or A la Carte background
- Attention to detail with a customer focused approach
- Highly developed communication skills
- Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- A valid RSA
- Food Handling Certificate
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
