- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of facility bookings, from scheduling dates to managing payments.
- Venue Setup: Prepare facilities for events by arranging furniture, ensuring equipment functionality, organizing catering, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Attendee Management: Maintain records of event attendees and ensure compliance with rules and safety protocols.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate cleaning schedules, report maintenance issues, and arrange repairs as necessary to upkeep facility standards.
- Community Engagement: Assist in developing community programs and promote them through various channels.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to facility users, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Financial Duties: Manage financial transactions, including collecting payments, issuing refunds, and maintaining accurate records.
- First Aid: Be prepared to administer first aid in case of emergencies during events.
- Experience in delivering direct service and support in a community setting.
- Proficiency in financial operations and event booking systems.
- Experience in event setup, including audio/visual, computer, or sound system equipment.
- Ability to provide high-quality administrative support efficiently.
- Familiarity with venue and community program support.
- Must possess First Aid Certificates.
- Must undergo a National Police Check.
- Must hold a Working with Children Check (with expiry date).
