We are looking for an innovative and engaging individual to join our expert Placemaking & Hospitality team. The successful candidate will be both creative and operational - with an ability to deliver initiatives that enhance community, positivity, and purpose in one of Sydney’s best residential assets.

Leveraging CBRE’s placemaking strategy, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the creation and delivery of campaigns across physical events, community programs and initiatives, content, and concierge services. You will be responsible for engaging and managing partners, to deliver campaigns on time and in accordance with agreed scope of works. When required, you will support the front of house team in establishing and enhancing service standards, in line with CBRE Host’s methodology.

About the role:
Create and execute lobby and third-space amenity activations, ongoing amenity services, community initiatives and pop-up services in accordance with strategy.
Conduct client reporting, including post event reports and monthly asset reports for all towers.
Ensure that we deliver a bespoke experience across every aspect of the customer journey.
Contributing to brainstorms and workshops to determine the annual strategy
Leverage and drive Host app to digitize access and bookings and stay up to date of Host app developments, ensure all Concierge services are digitized and optimized through the Host app and promote and utilise Host methodology training tool.

Our ideal person:
Previous experience in a similar role – Events or marketing background is highly beneficial
You are creative and a self-starter, who can manage specific community campaigns and initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Superior organization skills
Ability to interpret data to communicate customer insights and recommendations to our clients
