Position: Everest Program & Events Coordinator

Reporting to: Head of Everest Program

Our Everest Program is a flagship coaching and mentoring 12 Month Program designed to provide personalised support and guidance to students on their journey to excellence.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as the Everest Program & Events Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Head of Everest Program, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our premium Everest Student Program, including organising events, managing policies and procedures, facilitating group engagement, and providing support to coaches and members.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate BAI Live events three times a year and Everest Live events, ensuring smooth execution and logistics management.
  • Research new venues within budget and assist in creating run sheets for Everest Live events.
  • Source and coordinate speakers within budget or free options, and liaise with CEO Ben Handler for event participation.
  • Develop and maintain policies and SOPs for Everest Program, including onboarding new coaches and members.
  • Engage with Everest members through group activities, questions, and discussions, serving as the main point of contact for administrative inquiries.
  • Provide general check-ins and support for coaches, orchestrating meetings, and coverage as needed.
  • Assist in organizing Everest challenges, monitoring engagement, and managing training materials and content for marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Everest Program on planning the yearly schedule and building a training library for coaches.

Qualifications:

  • Some previous experience in event coordination, program management, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for supporting others in their professional development.

Location: This role is full-time, and is entirely remote - it can be based from anywhere in Australia but some event travel will be required interstate.
