About the Role
As the Program Coordinator, you will support all administration, coordination, and delivery of educational courses, events, and initiatives. You will provide a high level of customer service and act as the host and first point of contact for visitors and members attending events and educational courses.
About You
The ideal candidate must demonstrate confidence and professionalism, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the ability to engage and communicate with high-level professionals and be able to work in a collaborative team.
You will be highly adaptable and proactive, with a can-do attitude. You will be able to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate end-to-end course & program logistics including liaising with suppliers, venues, presenters, and catering.
- Support members, guests, and clients with registrations, briefs, course notes, and agendas
- Act as primary contact and engage with all participants answering all queries and escalating complaints when needed.
- Host all participants at face-to-face and/or virtually delivered courses.
- Maintain accurate records, conduct administrative tasks, monitor invoices, and other ad-hoc duties as required i.e. reception cover.
- Experience in customer service, event, training, education or program administration/coordination.
- Confidence in customer relations and/or managing professional stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
- Eager to learn, high level of initiative and team player.
