Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, managing phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Coordinate skip bin deliveries and collections for seamless operations.
- Efficiently handle data entry and booking software to schedule services (training provided)
- Generate reports using Excel.
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Experience in administration preferred but not essential.
