ABOUT THE ROLE
The position of Executive Assistant will see you providing critical support to the National Retail Sales Manager as he interacts with his varied stakeholder base. You will assist him in creating an exceptional customer experience through all initial customer touch points associated with the sale of buyers’ properties. A pivotal member of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional and proactive administrative support to the National Retail Sales Manager through calendar, inbox, and travel management
- Conducting high level stakeholder engagement, building rapport with new and existing clients and proactively managing ongoing expectations
- Coordinating sales events
- Assisting in the preparation of communication pieces and presentations for the National Retail Sales Manager
- Assisting the National Retail Sales Manager to track and report on live sales data
- General office duties and administration as required
