About the Role
This position will play a vital role in overseeing the travel arrangements and calendar management of our Vice President. Responsibilities include scheduling both internal and external meetings, coordinating various tasks, and providing support to the team.
This position will serve a crucial function in enabling the leader to operate more efficiently by taking care of time-consuming administrative tasks. This support will allow the leader to concentrate on higher-level responsibilities that contribute to the company's accelerated growth. The EA will also facilitate communication with employees and external parties, proactively anticipate needs to prevent issues, and ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in multitasking with exceptional follow-up abilities
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in time management, adept at task prioritization
- Possesses well-honed organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and resourceful
