We are seeking a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager/Chairman to join our award-winning client in a hands on role.
This role will have a high-level of executive support and an opportunity to grow into a more senior role within the business over time.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal and external stakeholders
- Document internal procedures and policies as required
- Keep track of the project management tasks for the Group General Manager across all ongoing developments and projects
- Coordinate staff on-boarding and off-boarding
- Managing expenses
- Ad-hoc administration tasks required by the executive team
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
Profile
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Experience in supporting senior executive stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks and work independently
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Site
- Knowledge and interest in WHS and Project Management is preferred
