Our client is a global leader in green energy and they are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team and be a key player in our continued success throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
Supporting the President and working closely within the Presidents high performing and dynamic leadership team, you will be reliable for providing integral support and assistance.
To be successful in this role, you must be a diplomatic and resilient seasoned Executive Assistant with a mature and flexible outlook.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Working in a hybrid office to coordinate and provide support to the President and members of her Leadership team where required.
- Managing the Brisbane office virtually, with ad hoc visits and managing the Sydney hybrid office.
- Building strong relationships and liaising with officials, internal and external senior level stakeholders.
- Using your strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage complex calendar, diary, travel and email management and onboarding.
- Preparing and revising documents including letters, reports and presentations.
- Planning, organising and coordinating events, meetings and schedules across the Asia Pacific.
- Extensive experience in a C-Suite level support position within a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience supporting a Leadership role is highly desirable
- Previous communications/media experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a personable yet professional approach
- Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential matters
- Ability to work outside of core office hours as required
- Flexible to occasionally travel within Australia if required
- Based in Sydney NSW

- 3 Month Contract role
- $60 per hour (depending on experience) plus super.
