Call to the community: Our General Manager (GM) of the Finance and Business Strategy Group (F&BS) (Corporate Services) is searching for a new EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) to join the team and bring their stellar skills and experience to our attention for this opportunity.
Scope of the Role:
Although the position title speaks for itself, here is a little bit about what you would be doing.
Reporting directly to the GM of F&BS, this role is multifaceted and will involve the successful candidate working with a wide-ranging group of stakeholders from the GM through to community organisations/members, Councillors and Council Officers. While completing the administration duties for this role, it of course requires a high attention to detail, sound knowledge of how policies and procedures are utilised and developed, along with knowledge of statutory requirements where relevant. Vital to this role is the ability to provide exceptional customer service to give stakeholders a positive experience and confidence in the advice and support provided by the Directorate Office.

- The annual salary range for this position is $77,223.52 - $82,594.58 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

The essential requirements for this position include:
- Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description (attached). This includes a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from a recognised tertiary institution, or a combination of extensive experience, qualification and competence which would enable the successful candidate to perform all of the outlined duties.
