Previous experience in an Executive Assistant/personal assistant role
Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills
Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
The ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally
How will you support our "Why?"
Coordinating requests for information from internal and external stakeholders and providing a professional first point of contact for all enquiries
Arranging diaries by scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings, and arranging supporting documentation
Managing incoming email and assigning tasks for the Chief People and Reputation Officer or Chief Technology
Participating in meetings by collating meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow up actions
Supporting on the preparation of board papers and meetings
Organising travel arrangements, room bookings and setting up equipment for teleconferences
Maintaining the storage and recording of information
