AddressAn outstanding opportunity exists for a respected, passionate, flexible and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team at LEVNT (Lutheran Education VIC, NSW, TAS and ACT Ltd).
At LEVNT we are passionate about providing quality education and care within a Christian environment to children attending Lutheran schools and early childhood services (ECS) throughout our region.
LEVNT provides a range of assistance and support to our schools and ECS. These services enable our Schools & ECS’s to focus on their community of students and families to deliver quality Christian-based education - Inspiring Students for Life.
LEVNT currently supports 19 Lutheran schools and 5 Early Childhood Services providing education to almost 10,000 children from early learning through to Year 12 across three states.
To be successful, the Executive Assistant will have a proven track record of creating, delivering and exceeding expectations in an Executive Assistant role. They will also:
- produce work of a consistently high standard and cope well under pressure;
- assist the Executive Director and allied staff with matters requiring discretion and confidentiality;
- engage through a high level of motivation, adaptability and dependability;
- work unsupervised, meet deadlines, set priorities within broad guidelines, and demonstrate initiative as appropriate;
- support and uphold the Christian aims and ethos of LEVNT;
- work in a team situation;
- contribute a high level of organisational and office management skills;
- solve problems and handle stress and occasional conflict;
- create reports and write concisely;
- manage projects;
- be highly proficient with website, word processing and database skills - a high degree of accuracy and reliability is essential. Competent and confident use of Microsoft Office 365 suite, WordPress and other software.
