About Our Client
Leading Private health care provider with a need to appoint their new Executive Assistant with their team!
Job Description

• Coordinating complex calendar management and travel arrangements
• Production and formatting of documentation including reports and external presentations
• Assisting with desk-top research and market insights
• Email management and monitoring as required
• Coordinating board meetings, taking minutes during meetings and following up on actions.
• Proficient client management and liaison, ensuring the tactful handling of client inquiries

The Successful Applicant

• 3 years experience supporting C-suite professionals
• Private health care background desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A firm and effective approach
• Proven time management and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in multitasking on projects and initiatives of varying scale and complexity

What's on Offer

• 85-90k + superannuation
• Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
• Temp to perm ( 3-5 month contract initially )
