We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to orchestrate the seamless functioning of our Principal's office. In this integral role, you will provide high-level, confidential administrative, organisational, and secretarial support to our Principal, Executive Team and Board. As a capable self-starter, you'll be entrusted to represent our Principal and School to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Master the art of extensive calendar and diary management.
- Be the gatekeeper of incoming calls, expertly directing them.
- Conquer the email domain, sending prompt, precise responses.
- Seamlessly coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel plans.
- Provide unwavering administrative support, elevating efficiency.
- Craft polished memos, letters, and essential documents.
- Be the vital link with School Stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
- Drive success by supporting project management for the Executive Team.
- Be the eyes and ears at Board and Executive meetings, recording critical minutes.
- Take charge in meetings, delivering actionable follow-ups.
- Elevate our executive's social presence by orchestrating events.
- Create project timelines and insightful reviews.
Other Responsibilities Will Include:
Point of Contact: As this role is situated at Reception, you will support the School's Receptionist as required. i.e greeting parents, students, and visitors with warmth and approachability, ensuring a positive first impression.
Exceptional Customer Service: Join our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service. Your welcoming demeanor will play a pivotal role in ensuring our School's efficient administration and functioning.

Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
