A unique, one-on-one role exists for a top level EA to join this thriving international business. This vacancy has risen due to an internal move.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:
- Strict diary management for a time poor CEO
- Minute taking at meetings
- Travel and accomodation bookings and changes, often last minute
- Acting as gatekeeper for the CEO
- Managing diverted phone calls
- Reviewing and drafting correspondence
- Responding to emails
- Preparing presentations
- Proof reading and summarising
- Liaising with and following up with executive teams, and reporting back to CEO
- Allocating specific tasks to staff and ensuring completion
Our ideal applicant will have previous one-on-one EA experience, preferably with a busy, entrepreneurial CEO, within a medium to large sized business. We require someone with high energy levels, integrity, discretion and attention to detail. You should be a born organiser and communicator, who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office is an inherent requirement (specifically Outlook, Word and Powerpoint). This is an extremely rewarding role requiring a high calibre person.
A tertiary qualification such as a degree or a diploma, would be a distinct advantage, but not a deal breaker. Your proven and stable track record is a MUST.
