Purpose of the Role This role will report to the CEO. The role will offer executive assistance to the CEO and will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administration of Women’s Liberation Halfway House and smooth running of the CEO’s office including supporting the operations of the Board and Team.

- Provide secretarial support and administrative assistance to the Chief Executive Officer
- High level administrative support to WLHH Board of Directors, CEO and other board subcommittees.
- Organise travel, accommodation, itinerary and other event related arrangements.
- Coordinate submissions and document control for tenders.
- Managing WLHH Intranet/Policies and Procedure updates
- Maintain the organisation’s off-site record storage facility (Recall Archiving).
- Manage the CEO corporate credit card.
- Carry out special projects as allocated by Chief Executive Officer.
- Act as the point of contact between the Executive team and internal or external stakeholders including senior government officials, member and partner organisations and members of the public.
- Organise meetings, agendas and minutes for the CEO and managers
- Preparation and distribution of Board meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate the Annual
General Meeting held in November each year.
- Support with the induction of new Board members.

- Participation in on- going training and professional development
- Participation in formal supervision as directed
- Participation in bi-annual formal performance appraisals and any other appraisal systems as directed by the CEO
- Act in a professional manner on any performance feedback provided
- Orientation towards continuous improvement, managing change and being flexible to change
- Attendance of meetings as directed including the Annual
General Meeting
- Other duties as directed

- Significant experience providing administration support to Executive level, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
