My client is a well established commercial builder and has been in the Melbourne construction market for 40+ years.
With a strong pipeline of secured work for the remainder of 2024 and beyond, they are looking to add to their administration team.
THE ROLE
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact between Directors/Upper management and their clients. As such, a high level of communication and attention to detail will be necessary to complete the following tasks;
- Personal assistance for the Directors including email prioritisation, document preparation, meeting preparation and diary management.
- Support the onboarding of construction suppliers and trades as necessary.
- Support customer enquiries and facilitate the resolution of those enquiries.
- Assist in meeting client contractual and compliance expectations.
- Prior Experience in an EA/PA position will be required.
- Previous experience in the construction/property industry is a must.
- A hands-on, organised multi-tasker capable of delivering work with a high attention to detail.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong IT skills will see you succeed in this role
- Between $65,000 - $90,000 package dependant on experience
