GBCA and EIA are seeking a highly effective Executive Assistant/Project Manager to assist the Managing Director (MD) in managing projects and daily executive administrative tasks.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders, including the board of directors and headquarters.
- Work closely with the MD on diverse projects, including project planning, research, event organization, and report writing, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Assist the MD in crafting compelling speech scripts and reports that articulate the organization's vision, goals, and achievements effectively.
- Manage a wide range of administrative duties to streamline operations and enhance productivity, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling changing priorities.
- Coordinate and facilitate a variety of events, such as competitions, workshops, and short courses, to promote engagement and learning opportunities for students and staff alike.
- Take charge of managing the MD's email correspondence and calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of tasks to optimize productivity and time management.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience handling confidential information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism, including drafting briefing notes, agendas, and comprehensive reports.
- Proven ability to coordinate inbound and outbound correspondence in a timely and professional manner, including preparing briefs and responses as required.
- Strong research skills, coupled with the ability to analyze data and information effectively to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives.
