Your New Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the CEO's effectiveness by providing comprehensive and proactive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Managing schedules and travel, coordinating meetings, and providing comprehensive support to maximise efficiency.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication in a timely manner.
- Project Management: Taking charge of special projects, demonstrating exceptional organisation, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
- Document Management: Preparing, organizing, and managing documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
About you
We are seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised and capable of managing complex schedules and confidentiality with ease.
- An outstanding communicator, proficient in building and maintaining relationships while managing sensitive information discreetly.
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable, ready to navigate our dynamic work environment.
- Experienced in an administrative capacity, ideally with direct support to senior staff and proficient in the use of office management software.
