Great opportunity to join a successful Engineering business in the Hallam area. This well-established company has strong, stable history in non-electric starters and racing motorcycles and is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the MD and GM.
This company manufactures its own engineered product, sold worldwide, plus components for the motorcycle racing industry. This very stable business has operated for many years with overseas divisions and a high-tech engineering workshop.
This newly created position will involve supporting the MD and GM in various duties. It will be necessary to be flexible with skills and duties as the position evolves.
Reporting to the GM, and also supporting the MD we need someone with strong communication skills who has the ability to communicate at all levels from the MD to workshop staff. Plus high-end computer skills.
The position will involve duties such as Diary Management - including scheduling appointments and meetings, Travel Arrangements - including booking of flights and accommodation, Liaising with internal and external Executives. Handling and screening phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Experience in a similar role is important
• Experience in maintaining documentation for meetings.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• High attention to detail.
• Strong people skills
• Excellent computer skills.
• Maintain a calm approach while working
