EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - SENIOR LEADERSHIP SUPPORT
Mt St Michael’s College is a Catholic girls’ school of 900 students (Years 7-12) situated in the leafy avenues of Ashgrove, 5 km from the CBD. The College maintains a tradition of academic excellence, extensive co-curricular activities, and student wellbeing programs across the school.
Applications are invited for the position of Executive Assistant - Senior Leadership Support.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity - 38 hours per week (52 weeks per year) in accordance with Level 5 position of the School Officers Classification in the Catholic Employing Authorities Single Enterprise Collective Agreement EB10 – Religious Institute Schools of Queensland 2023-2026.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Support, has an integral role providing executive support to Senior Management applying the mission, vision, and values of the College. In addition, the role holder works collaboratively with other members of the administration support team to ensure a high level of administrative support for the staff and students at the College.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing executive support for the Dean of Teaching and Learning involving management of the student management system through QCAA school portal, uploading student reporting in TASS, administration of the Learning Management System in TASS; diary bookings; assist with College events, parent information evenings; parent teacher conferences; post schooling interviews, internal and external exams.
- Providing executive support for the Dean of Student Wellbeing involving co-ordination of diary appointments and school activities such as assemblies, photo days, vaccination programs, student diaries, senior student leadership processes and badges.
- Providing executive support for the Head of Junior School.
- Other duties as directed by the Principal.

- High level of analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and lateral thinker.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
