Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
To be considered, you will bring advanced administration capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
You will need proven experience in diary management, communication screening, secretariat support, travel coordination, records management, and meeting facilitation, along with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge and experience in the health sector are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will also naturally demonstrate a high standard of communication, adaptability, and commitment to continuous self-improvement, along with an understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
