Job Overview
This is a 12-month fixed term contract – a unique opportunity for an experienced EA to join a fast-growing payments company.
Live Payments is seeking a highly skilled, organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, playing a vital role in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency in their day-to-day operations as we enter the next growth phase of the business.
Key duties:
- Manage the CEO's calendar including meetings and professional events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes, ensuring accurate transcription and timely dissemination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and meeting correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all aspects of domestic and international travel.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and nurture relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and integrity.
- Assist People & Culture with the organisation of company events and offsites.
- Provide personal support to the CEO as required.
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is highly regarded though not essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Professional demeanour, with the ability to represent the CEO and the organization effectively.
