About the Role
You will be providing administrative support to the C suite Executive, ensuring the work load is run professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a mature mentality, the ability to provide outstanding service and a high level of professionalism.
Your daily duties will include:
- Diary and email management
- Attending meetings and being involved in actioning items
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Liaise with EC’s external contacts
- Manage client database
- Coordinate corporate and company events
- General administration and ad-hoc duties
- Some personal duties such as getting coffees, lunch etc.
Skills and experience:
- Four years EA experience
- Background in the property is an advantage
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be polished, professional and personable
- Have a mature mentality
- Capable to work autonomously
