The Role:
- Co-Manage Directors Diary
- Manage full listing to settlement and post-settlement process
- Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaising with all internal & external clientele
- Fast-paced role!!
- Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contracts

- Must have similar experience in an EA/ PA/ Sales Coordinator role within Real Estate
- HIGH attention to detail & great time management skills
- Must hold a Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate License
- Required to have a current driver's License & access to a reliable vehicle.
