Based out of our corporate head office in North Sydney.About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EA to join the corporate team to provide comprehensive support to the EGM, P&C. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operation of the executive office, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the Executive Leadership and People & Culture management teams across the organisation.The opportunity

- From managing calendars and coordinating meetings to assisting with strategic projects, you'll be at the forefront of organisational operations.
- Your role extends beyond administrative tasks; you'll be instrumental in supporting the EGM's P&C vision for the company, and your contribution will directly impact the success and wellbeing of UGL's employees.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, maintaining trust and integrity at all times.
- Efficiently manage EGM’s calendar and constantly re-prioritise tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the ELT, P&C management community and direct reports.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and documents for meetings, and coordinate travel, accommodation, and events, and provide logistical support.
- Compile data and assist in the analysis of information to support decision making and strategic initiatives.
- Regular and ad hoc tasks and special projects.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving, with a positive attitude.
- Intermediate skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ideally Visio.
