You will always display professional communication with clients and provide a seamless end-to-end sale process enhancing the client experience and team results.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of appraisals
- Follow up of appraisals, booking second appointments
- Attending listing appointments when required
- Day-to-day diary management and appointments
- Database management
- Scheduling and conducting private inspections, OFI, and client appointments
- Project manage end-to-end preparation of a listing. Includes organising maintenance, renovations, styling appointments, and photo appointments
- Support the lead agent with client care
- Weekly campaign reporting
- Property and personal branding marketing
- Processing listing and sales contracts and files
- Liaising with the Administration and sales support Team
Skills and Experience
- Extremely organised and self-motivated
- Empathetic communicator
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress as part of this high-performing team
- Must have driver's license and a reliable car
- Must have current Real Estate Registration certificate
- Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday may be required for open homes with prior consultation
- Experience with sales CRMs, Engage proposals and Real Time Agent highly regarded.
- Competent with Microsoft 365
Experience in a similar role and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process from both the seller and buyer perspective is preferred. The successful applicant must have a car and current drivers licence.
