Reporting to an outgoing Managing Director, and liaising with Senior stakeholders, this is an integral position to provide administration and support for the Managing Director and general coordination of everyday business requirements.

Your daily duties will include:
- Support Managing Director in day-to-day organisation
- Diary management for Managing Director including the coordination of internal and external meetings
- Inbox management for the Managing Director
- Liaising directly with VIP stakeholders, investors, and customers on behalf of Managing Director
- Coordination of Travel Requirements for Managing Director
- Work closely with the Executive Team (COO, CFO, General Council) and other Senior Leaders as needed
- Coordinate client dinners and events
- Coordinate meaningful team activity opportunities
- Reviewing, drafting, and amending documents
- File Management as required
- Monthly expense reconciliation for Managing Director and wider team as required
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar role within EA/PA, Team Assistant, or similar capacity
- Industry experience in Property, Investment, Construction or similar Corporate industries beneficial
- Confident in building relationships in a professional environment with internal and external stakeholders, and at all levels of the business
- Enjoys entertaining, events, meeting new people
- Solid experience with Microsoft Suite necessary
- Team Player with strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
