About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up into an Executive Assistant role to support the Founder.
As an Executive Assistant at this leading real estate company, you'll support commercial property projects, collaborate closely with C-Suite professionals, and coordinate office activities. Your role involves conducting property research, analysing market trends, and facilitating negotiations to ensure successful transactions within Australia and Malaysia. Duties:
- Diary management
- Project Management, Lead projects
- Travel booking
- Document Presentation- PowerPoint Presentation
- Manage Social Media Account for Director (Creation & Editing)
- HR Support
- Taking minutes and agendas
- Strategic Planning
- Support the consultants in project preparation & execution, including liaising with agents
Skills & experience:
- Have experience in residential property (ideal but not essential ), project support or team management.
- Ability to see the big picture and future direction of the business, then translate this into achievable new business opportunities.
- Must have proven leadership skills to assist and support other team members
- Hands-on (self-motivated) mindset
- Detail oriented
