Your new role
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Commissioning and Capacity Building, you’ll provide essential administrative, governance, and executive support to our four Executive Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level assistance to the Executive Directors, ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare and support meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and documentation.
- Liaison Point: Act as the central point of contact, fostering positive relationships across the organisation.
- Project Assistance: Assist with project planning and implementation as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience in a comparable role
- Ideally, qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent
Skills and Experience:
- Executive Proficiency: You’re a seasoned Executive Assistant, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: You thrive on precision and can independently see tasks through to completion.
- Initiative: Proactive problem-solving and the ability to resolve issues using your own judgement.
