We are seeking a dedicated and driven Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Services Team. The incumbent will be working directly with the CEO and support the Concierge team, Board of Directors and the executive team.
About the role
This is a busy role where you will act as the point of contact between the CEO, Board Members, Employees while managing the information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle all of the CEO’s administrative needs including incoming and outgoing correspondence and to-do list
- Manage first line office facilities management, contract and agreements
- Manage minutes and actions for ELT Meeting and Board Meeting
- Assisting board and committee meetings with scheduling, minutes, travel etc.
- Respond to queries, provide timely advice and take follow up action as required
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Event Management for internal meetings and workshops.
- Manage schedules, prioritise tasks and maintain a structured environment
- Maintain office, Order Supplies and time to time support to Concierge team, inbound telephone calls and emails.
In addition to a genuine passion for Community Support, we’re looking for someone who are:
- Experience in the provision of executive level support to CEO, Board and Executive preferable from NFP or Community Sector
- Strong collaborator who can effectively manage stakeholders across the organisations to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent skills in communication, motivation and organisation.
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters of a complex nature.
- Positive, solutions focused attitude.
- Evidence of one or more Covid-19 Vaccination or Medical Exemption
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- An Australian driver’s licence
