The Position
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the culinary operations across multiple kitchens; residential-catering, functions, events and retail
- Maintain an overall knowledge and passion for nutrition and healthy eating
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
- Lead and inspire and manage a brigade of high performing culinary talents
- Engage with the client on functions, events and direction of the food
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
The Person
- Executive Chef with the experience running large scale functions, volume catering and retail
- An understanding of good nutrition and allergy awareness
- Able to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend function or event
- Commercially strong, with an eye for detail, quality and presentation standards
- Is an excellent communicator with great attention to detail
- A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
