About the Opportunity
Are you looking for an executive leadership opportunity working in a forward-thinking organisation?
An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a high-performing Human Resources professional to provide strategic direction and implement a new Human Resource Management System.
You will be part of an Executive Team that is driving business transformation and change across the organisation. A key leadership role, you will provide an inspiring, and contemporary vision, supporting the continual development of our values-based organisation.
This is an interdisciplinary role, leading the full HR remit including strategy and organisational development, values and inclusion, talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, policies and procedures and other people related projects. It will involve a high level of collaboration and is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to make a real difference to the organisational effectiveness and change capabilities.
We are seeking a strong leader who is naturally energised and results-orientated in their approach with sound team orientation.
This full-time position is based in Portland.

You will have:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or with extensive experience working in the Human Resources sector or in an equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in a management role with experience leading staff within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational change and driving a positive organisational culture embedding continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Professional approach and commitment to organisational values.
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and current Victorian Driver's licence.
