You will be responsible for a range of executive support and project management tasks.Key responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to the COO, ensuring timely issue resolution of emerging issues with minimal risk.Assist in coordinating strategic operational planning aligned with the Strategic Plan.Support evaluating and analysing operational performance outcomes for effective strategy implementation.Establish and maintain efficient planning and processes for smooth divisional operations.Independently lead project portfolios from inception to delivery.Cultivate and maintain positive stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation.Manage multiple initiatives and priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.Undertake additional executive support duties as needed for the COO.This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the genU Support Hub in Geelong, due to the flexible nature of the role you could be based in Melbourne and surrounds.
