Boutiques client, a multifaceted national organisation, is searching for an experienced support professional to provide Executive & Personal Assistance to a group of business leads.This role requires you to seamlessly blend and efficiently manage executive level support, personal assistance and business operations.
You will need to be comfortable engaging with a large range of internal and external stakeholders including Board representatives, Executives as well as the trusted business advisors.
A recent and proven history in providing high-level support whilst maintaining discretion and integrity are non-negotiables for this unique role.
The role responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Executive Support:
- Manage and prioritize email correspondence.
- Schedule professional and personal appointments.
- Arrange travel and handle event management.
- Coordinate upkeep of multiple properties.
- Manage payments of personal expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and handle lifestyle management tasks.
- Maintain and improve the document management system.
- Financial management including invoice processing
- Complete investment-related paperwork and liaise with advisors.
- Organize meetings, greet visitors, and assist in board report management.
- Conduct research and reporting for special projects.
A high level of proficiency across the MS office suite, XERO, Docusign and banking platforms will be essential.
