About the roleManage calendars of our CEO, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
What you'll be responsible for- 🗓 Diary Management
Track, manage, and prioritize the daily movements for business leaders to achieve the organization’s goals effectively
- 🗓 Meeting Preparation
Ensure all meetings are hosted on time and efficiently by coordinating and preparing relevant technology, materials, and instructions in advance
- 👥 Collaboration
Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- ✅ Prioritization
Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- 🔍 Attention to detail
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
