THE ROLE
The Executive Project Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative, coordination, reporting and project management support to two Directors in the Housing Development Branch. This position is seeking an energetic person willing to work in a dynamic environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Effectively manage office processes and maintain corporate information systems for records management, financial information, fleet management, client payments and ministerial correspondence as required.
Provide administrative support including meeting and event organisation, new staff onboarding, intranet updates and other tasks as required by the Directors and Office of the Chief Development Officer.
Coordinate and track Director emails, approvals, records management and gifts, benefits and hospitality register for the team working with confidential and sensitive information, in a busy environment with multiple competing demands.
