About the Role

• This is the Executive Support Officer position within Metro South Health Asset Management responsible for providing high level effective and confidential Executive Support services.  
• The position provides assistance, secretarial support, and administrative support to facilitate service delivery across Metro South Health Asset Management.
• Maintain effective time management practices by prioritising workflow to ensure timeframes are met.
• Coordinate with staff at all levels, across a variety of work units, across Metro South Health.
• Maintain up-to-date systems knowledge, organising and attending relevant seminars and training.
