Mamasan Kitchen + Bar has quickly become one of the Gold Coast's premier dining + drinking destinations, opened in Broadbeach's iconic dining precinct at 'The Oracle' in 2015. Featuring an incredible fit-out and a sleek open kitchen, the menu is inspired high end pan-Asian cuisine from a small bite to larger share plates. We currently have a full time position available for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team who needs to be cool under pressure and love the buzz of a busy service.

Successful applicants will have the following...

·       Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role 

·       High volume quality cocktail experience essential!

·       Good product knowledge

·       Dedicated to providing high quality consistent service

·       An eye for detail

·       Well-groomed/presented

·       Strong organisational skills

·       A positive attitude

·       Professional and enthusiastic team leader
