THE ROLE
As a key contact individual for this highly strung and successful network, we are seeking someone with excellent leadership. You will have previous experience as a Business Development Manager in the Real Estate or Property industry as well as:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Fantastic organization and administration skills
- The ability to foster and maintain strong relationships
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A current Certificate of Registration, your own car and a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Conducting Open Homes
- Work closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
