Role Attributes:

1. Contract Management: Manage head contracts and sub-contractor agreements, including tendering and trade analysis, ensuring compliance and effective communication with appointed trades.
2. Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses, preparing accurate financial reports for optimal project profitability.
3. Site Administration: Provide administrative support to on-site teams and assist in document management and coordination, including on-site OHS management.
4. Procurement Coordination: Oversee procurement processes, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
5. Technical Detail Focus: Demonstrate technical ability in reviewing and interpreting complex project documentation and plans.  Ability to draw/sketch construction details for construction or workshop drawings is highly regarded.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration or project coordination within the construction industry, ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects.
2. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract preparation, negotiation, and documentation.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is highly desirable.
