THE ROLE
Due to recent growth, we are now looking for an experienced Sales Agent or Entry Level Sales Associate. You definitely won't be bored in this role. it's fast-paced and you'll be surrounded by a lively, supportive team that will feel like family. Full training will be provided for the successful entry level candidate.

DUTIES
- Work closely with our experienced agents to assist in managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Conduct property inspections and open homes to showcase our listings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective marketing strategies and promote properties through various channels.
- Attend meetings, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Real Estate Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and prospects.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A self-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and knowledge of current industry trends.
